We are looking for a small team to help run Encounter and really create the welcoming atmosphere we are aiming for. You will receive a discount code of 15% for your kindness in assisting with the event and will be able to join all the activities.

Your work would consist of arriving slightly ahead of the retreatants to help welcome them on their arrival; to help attendees follow the timetable so all activities can be included; answer questions regarding the event that attendees have; and to simply help everyone who attends to feel seen, known, and loved.

Requirements for this role are:
1. Love for God
2. Love for His children

Training will be given ahead of the event via zoom. We will also aim to meet in person beforehand at Boars Hill however we understand that this may not be possible if you live far from Oxford.
