What Is CACSDigital?
CACSDigital is our new online formation platform bringing authentic Carmelite spirituality from the Oxford friars to people everywhere. This is specifically designed for those who cannot easily access our in-person programmes, whether because of distance, mobility, caregiving responsibilities, or simply the realities of modern life.
We are launching with global reach: UK, Ireland, United States, Canada, Australia, and everywhere in between. The platform works beautifully on both mobile devices and desktop computers, meeting you wherever you are.

What You Get
1. Weekly Content:
- Tuesday: Audio Meditation (10-15 minutes) — Designed to be walk-friendly and commute-friendly. Listen while you move through your day. No screen required.
- Friday: Teaching Video (5-8 minutes) — Short, focused doses of Carmelite wisdom you can absorb during a coffee break or before bed.
2. Quarterly Courses:
Deep dives running 8-12 weeks on topics like Carmelite Prayer Methods, Teresa’s Interior Castle, John of the Cross’s Dark Night, and more. Each course includes video lessons, reflection questions for personal journaling, and moderated community discussion forums where you can engage with other learners.
3. Monthly Live Sessions:
- Last Thursday of every month: Live Q&A with Fr Alex (60 minutes) – Ask your questions in real time. Get substantive answers rooted in Carmelite tradition.
- Mid-month: Guest Interview (30 minutes) – Conversations with Carmelite scholars, spiritual directors, and practitioners sharing their insights and experience.
4. Community Features:
- Moderated discussion forums facilitated by Carmelite friars
- Prayer request space where community members can support one another
- Accountability partner matching for those who want companionship on the journey
